The 1ST thing you should to do is check the contact between the laptop and battery, or not to take a call to the the 800-*** .
since if the contact is not perfect, even the communication data between them is read,but they still will not be charged or cannot to export the power . Since the laptop battery slot may become disfigured after long period of use while the battery plastic casing is designed according to new laptop specification, it would cause contact problems. Under such circumstances, please take off the battery and put it inside the laptop for several times to ensure better contact. When you hear a sound "CLICK", it basically means the contact is OK . Try some times
and the contact problem will be killed . especially for thinkpad laptops , hp notebook and so on . after that . problem still .we sugguest you the better choice is to make a call to 800.

The function of charging will start when the battery power is less than 95% . it does not make difference whether to take off it or keep battery in the notebook because the natural consumption exists . But for the data protect .We suggest you keep it inside the notebook . if you want to take off the battery . we give an advise that put the battery in the dry and the cool battery . and remember to cycle charging the battery once a month to keep it in the good status

Notebook Batteries life is calculated by full charge-discharge cycles, General battery usually has about 400 cycle life. You do not have to worry about the battery being calculated one more cycle when you just charged a little bit, averagely one more life cycle is only accumulated when you charge it to 80-90% . many people do it everyday .

Simple reinsert the batteries from your notebook and repeat the charging procedure when charing the batteries for the 1st time .
Before recharging the notebook battery in the 1st time while you use . You should to discharge it to 0% . If you full charge and full discharge some cycle the new battery . the internal cpu of the battery can calculate the capacity more precisely . the charging process should last 14 hours around .
you can do a entire cycle charge / discharge under the control of protection circuit . it can re-modify the battery capacity calculation , but it won't enhance the actual capacity of the notebook batteries.
